Yeshua is Yehovah

The Rock

The rock metaphor is summed up in the parable Yeshua teaches regarding the wise and foolish builder. What you build upon will be tested - it will either stand or it will fall.

Our Rock is a large foundational stone - a Cornerstone!

This is the same Rock Yeshua said He will be His ekklesia (church, body of believers) upon and the gates of Hades will not overcome it!

In the Old Testament we find Yehovah Tsuri - 'Yehovah my rock'. In the New Testament we find Christ the Rock.
